Founded in Orange Beach, Alabama in 1993, Columbia Southern University is a distance learning institution with a full range of associates, bachelor’s and graduate programs focusing on business administration, occupational safety, and criminal justice. Accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), the school focuses on its offerings in Environmental Science led by over one-hundred professional faculty members.

At the Columbia Southern University College of Business, you can earn degrees in Business Administration as well as several specialized degrees in Hospitality, Information Technology, International Management, Sports Management and Human Resources. The College also offers an MBA program that has additional options in Technology Management, as well as several professional certificate programs. Best known for its occupational safety programs, students can focus on Fire Science, Criminal Justice, and Environmental Management.
