Student satisfaction is very straightforward for what it is; it is the rate of students at a college or university who would rate their overall experience as meeting or be exceeding their expectations, or as satisfactory. It is determined by a compilation of other rates such as freshman retention and graduation rates or is compiled more directly from student questionnaires. The University of Notre Dame currently has the highest rate of student satisfaction, because it demonstrates the highest ratings in the areas of freshman retention and graduation. It has a student satisfaction rate of 98%.

The University of Notre Dame has a student satisfaction rate of 98%, which is currently the highest student satisfaction rate. The school’s campus is based on a unique style reminiscent of collegiate gothic with its own twist and is located in South Bend, Indiana, but it also offers a number of programs in a fully online and asynchronous format. This allows students a lot of flexibility, and in conjunction with their dedicated staff teaching these courses, it is easy for you to see why they have such a high rating. Coming in a close second place is Yale University, at 97%. Yale, as the school is commonly referred, has a gorgeous collegiate gothic campus that sprawls out over peaceful New Haven, Connecticut. In addition to their exemplary campus, they also offer online options to their students at the graduate and undergraduate levels. They strive to provide students with a variety of comprehensive academic programs and are the producer of many notable alumni over the years. Yale is also so committed to the student experience that they offer many need-based grants or scholarship options, even one that would allow qualified low-income students to attend at no cost to them. This isn’t unlike Harvard University, which also offers need-based grants to low-income students in such a way that would allow some students to attend for completely free. Harvard University is the most prestigious university in the world and has been standing and going strong since the year 1636. Their student satisfaction rate is 96.6%, which combines the rates of their online students and traditional students that study on campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Harvard has produced incredible alumni, even eight U.S. Presidents, because they have such a great variety of academic programs, and they also possess the largest Academic and Private library system in the world. Harvard is extremely established as an entity here in the United States, so they do everything they can as a school to make sure students get the most out of their experience.
