In 2010, Eastern Kentucky University implemented a series of initiatives geared towards veterans’ academic success. These initiatives, collectively known as Operation Veteran Success, provide benefits for veterans including:
- Priority registration and in-state tuition for out of state vets.
- Admission fees are waived for undergrad vets and dependents.
- Maximum credit hours applied for veterans’ military experience.
